Ingredients (आवश्यक सामग्री) -

- 400 Gram Potatoes (Boiled)
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- Asafoetida - 1 To 2 Pinches
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 Small Bowl Green Coriander (Finely Chopped)
- ¼ Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- ¼ Teaspoon Garam Masala
- ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Amchoor Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Cumin Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Fenugreek
- 2 Green Chilies (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Inch Ginger Piece (Grated)
- 1 Teaspoon Of Salt (According To Taste)

विधि (Process)-

- To make cumin potatoes, first cut potatoes into pieces with your choice. On the other side, heat a pan, and pour 2 tablespoon oil in it.

- Once oil is heated, add asafoetida and cumin seeds. As soon as the cumin starts to dissolve, add green chillies and ginger. Make little saute and then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, kasoori fenugreek and red chilli and stir it slightly. By doing this, the color of the vegetable will be very goo.!

- Now put potatoes in it. After this, put salt, garam masala, cumin powder and amchoor powder in the vegetable too. Mix all the ingredients well together. Cover the vegetable for 2 to 3 minutes and roast it well.

- Now your cumin potatoes are ready, just add green coriander in it and mix it and stop the gas. Whether you like this delicious cumin potatos with chapatis, naan or paranthas, or packaged in Tiffin.
