Ingredients (आवश्यक सामग्री) -
For Flour Dough
- 2 Bowl Of Wheat Flour- Salt According To Taste
- Water Needed
- 2 Tbsp Oil
For Filling
- 1 Bowl Coriander (Finely Chopped)- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 2 Green Chilies (Finely Chopped)
- Salt According To Taste
विधि (Process)-
- First, pour dough in a large pot and knead the dough with salt, oil and water. And keep it covered.- Now mix all the ingredients well together in the another bowl.
- After that, take a dough from the dough and apply a little dry dough and make a 2-3 inch chapati vine and fill it with one or two tablespoon filling between this chapati. Now make the paratha with the help of a rolling balloon.
- On the other side, keep tawa/pan for heating and put the paratha on that tawa/pan.
- Apply oil or ghee on both sides and cook till it becomes light brown and crisp and serve hot in a dinner plate.
